Defrost and Refrigerate (0-4℃):

Citrus Chocolat 2nd time round.

Reason for getting this whole cake for the second time after just 3 months - we missed it and another birthday to celebrate with this great cake. Not too sweet, with the dark chocolate nicely balanced out with the brightness of the citrus and best enjoyed with a hot long black and great company.
