Hello, before you make purchase to any of our products in TEXTURE Pâtisserie, please spare us a little of your time to go through the terms & conditions here: 

  • Please pay careful attention to the cake details, the ingredients, its complimentary items, such as candles, plastic knives, etc. its delivery time, and make sure all of them fit your requirements before placing orders. 
  • By placing your order, your product(s) is to deliver to ONE destination stated in shipping (or billing) address. If you wish to deliver to multiple destinations, please make a new order for the next destination.
  • The cake(s) purchased need to be kept refrigerated to ensure the freshness of the cake. If you have opt for self-collect method, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages caused to the cake(s) from the moment you have collected the cake(s) from our store.
  • We pay very careful attention to all details of our product and make sure it delivers as advertised. However, sometimes there might be some tiny flaws that is unavoidable, such as, the few mm difference on the measurement, the placement of decorative bits, etc. 
  • Please be sure that upon placing your order, you are easily contactable or reachable through either WhatsApp or Call. There are an infinite amount of things that could go wrong, sometimes we really need to get in touch with you to make sure things are smooth. 
  • Once your orders have been placed, there will be no refunds. We do understand that sometimes ideas come in mind suddenly, if you wish to change anything, please call us directly at (+6012) 841-4418, we will try our best to meet your needs. If, unfortunately we can’t, please do accept that once orders made upon your confirmation, we cannot refund to you.  
Changes to the delivery time and/or location however, can be made, but a prior notice of a minimum of 48 hours is required. Therefore, this clause only applies to orders for the next day and more.

 

  • Delivery fee is being charged per round. In any event where the attempted delivery is not successful; where there is no receiver presents at the time of delivery, our grace waiting period is maximum 15 minutes after arrival. 
  • If a second delivery is required because the recipient of the cake was not present during the initial delivery, the second delivery will cost an additional delivery fee borne by you.
  • TEXTURE shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage caused to the products during re-delivery.
  • Delivery is a very complex and delicate process and sometimes, from making the cake, packing, moving it to the mode of transport, during the period of delivery and delivering the cake, the cake might incur minor damage (e.g brushing of cake onto the cake box, slight cream wounds) and these mishaps are sometimes unavoidable due to the complexities of delivery.
