Where do you deliver?

We only offer delivery services within the Klang Valley.

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?

No, currently we do not offer COD.

Where can I pick up my order?

Walk-in purchases and self-pickup options are available at our outlets in Atria Mall and SEIBU @ The Exchange TRX. 

Same-day pickup is not available at TEXTURE Lite @ SEIBU TRX; all pickup orders at TRX must be placed 24 hours in advance. All orders must be picked up at our counter – do not send a third-party rider to pick up your order. We cannot send your order to the mall lobby.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

You may place an order online before 2pm for same-day delivery.

How much are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges would automatically be calculated at checkout.

If the order is urgent, you can send a third-party rider to make a walk-in purchase at our counter at TEXTURE Atria Mall. You may not preorder for walk-in purchases.

Will I be able to track my delivery?

Yes, a tracking link will be sent to your email on the day of your delivery. Our third-party riders will call the recipient upon arrival and hand over the order directly.

If the recipient is unavailable and uncontactable, redelivery charges will apply.

What time will my order be delivered?

Delivery slots are available between 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm, and 5pm-7pm. 

However, exact timing within these slots cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and route planning. We recommend selecting an earlier slot if timing is critical.

Can I edit my delivery address or time?

You may modify your shipping address, recipient information, edit your message card, or change your pickup location and time (Atria or TRX) if it is within 48 hours before your delivery.

You may change your delivery address, but additional charges may apply.

Can I change my delivery method from delivery to self-pickup?

You may change your collection method from delivery to self-pickup, but delivery charges will not be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

Per our policy, order cancellations can only be refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months.

Can I add another product to an existing order?

Yes, simply place the additional order online at least 48 hours in advance and provide us with your order ID to modify your order.

How should I store the cake upon receiving?

Defrost and Refrigerate (0-4℃): Defrost the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours before consuming. To store, keep refrigerated and do not freeze.

Serving Temp (10-12℃): Serve chilled or immediately upon removal from the fridge.

Best Consumed Within 3 Days: Enjoy the best flavour and texture for up to 3 days with proper refrigeration.

Can I bring my cake along on interstate/distance travel? How long can I leave the cake unrefrigerated?

It is best to keep the travel time within 30 minutes to ensure the cake is in its best state. 

For interstate/long-distance travel, we recommend storing the cake in an ice box/cooler bag with dry ice or ice gel packs.

Are your products HALAL-certified?

Our products are not yet HALAL-certified but are pork-free and alcohol-free.

Which of your products are dairy-free?

All our products contain cheese and dairy products; Tiramisu and Strawberry Shortcake contain mascarpone, and Fromage au Chocolat uses Philadelphia cream cheese.

Which of your products are gelatin-free?

Gourmet O'noir and Strawberry Shortcake do not contain gelatin. 

We use fish-based gelatin for the rest of our products.

Which of your products are gluten-free?

All our products contain Wheat and Gluten except for Gourmet O'noir.

Which of your products are nut-free?

All products contain nuts aside from Strawberry Shortcake and Roll Cakes.

Can you write a message onto my cake?

We cannot write messages onto a cake. However, we are happy to include a message card with your greetings for the recipient.

Can I customise a cake?

We offer custom cakes with a minimum budget of RM 1000. Please contact us on WhatsApp for more information.
