Because two is always better than one. Savour our classic Japanese-inspired swiss roll cakes in two signature flavours, Vanilla and Pandan. 

Vanilla Roll: light and airy soufflé roll filled with vanilla chantilly, a rich vanilla creme mousseline, and genoise sponge.

Pandan Roll: Pandan sponge filled with a layer of gula melaka mousseline and pandan chantilly cream, giving comfort to our Asian taste buds.

Egg, Sugar, Flour, Vanilla extract, Butter, Milk, Fleur de sel, Cream, Fish gelatine powder, Water, Egg white powder, Coconut cream, Pandan leaf extract

Defrost and Refrigerate (0-4℃):
Defrost the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours before consuming. To store, keep refrigerated and do not freeze.

Serving Temp (10-12℃):
Serve chilled or immediately upon removal from the fridge.
